Q: PCR and RTK COVID-19 detection tests, which one is eligible to claim double tax deduction under company’s expense?  

A: Both PCR and RTK COVID-19 detection tests are eligible for double tax deduction as long as the employer can produce a receipt and certification issued by a medical practitioner registered with the Malaysian Medical Council or outside Malaysia, indicating that the COVID-19 detection test had been provided to his employees.
